The role of the Growth team is crucial in PPC Bee - its competencies include business, marketing and PR activities of the entire PPC Bee. Chief Growth Officer Petra Pacáková oversees the setting up and especially the fulfillment of activities resulting from the developed plans. After several months of searching for the best experts, we can introduce you to a new and even better Growth team!
Two new members have joined the business part of the Growth team. The first of them is Ondřej Lebl, who holds the position of Account Manager at PPC Bee. Ondra devotes his time daily to care of our new and existing clients, informing them about news, accompanying them through the application and always trying to deliver the best answer to even the most intricate questions. In the past, Ondra worked as a Key Account Manager and now applies his acquired knowledge within the PPC Bee business plan.
The newly created position of Business Development Manager has been filled by Daniel Zinner. Dan joins PPC Bee from Avast, where he worked as Marketing, Sales and Growth Manager. Within PPC Bee, he is becoming a key figure for the ongoing expansion into the DACH region. Foreign expansion is one of our main priorities for the coming period, and therefore the emphasis on more efficient localization, which Daniel is in charge of, is crucial for the whole company.
Customer service has also changed, with Marie Majerová being replaced by Lukáš Havel as Client Support Specialist. Lukáš previously worked as a sales manager, where he gained the necessary pro-customer experience that he can now use at PPC Bee. Thanks to his technical background, Lukáš can also be a good partner for our development team in testing.
Jan Jíra, who has proven his people management skills in the past, takes over the coordination of the newly strengthened Growth team from the position of Project Manager. At PPC Bee, Honza is responsible, among other things, for setting up internal strategies and processes for the effective functioning of the Growth team.
As New Years approaches, many of us begin to take stock. Did I fulfill my resolution for this year? And what will I accomplish in the next year? And we did the same thing right now. Well, CEO Pavel Vachek did it for us. How does he evaluate the past year? How will automation develop in the upcoming years? It is all in here.
You might be wondering what on earth an Australian is doing on the other side of the world, working at a PPC company that consists almost solely of Czechs. It’s a pretty good question — one I get a lot. I like to quote Kafka: “Prague never lets you go. This dear little mother has sharp claws.” I feel privileged to be working for PPC Bee, and I adore my work.
The time has come and we've revealed the biggest change in our company's history. PPC Bee is now called Dotidot. It's not just about the name. Dotidot is here to bring you new ways of automation, features and everything you need to run an effective performance marketing.
