I’d like to be notified by e-mail that I’m about to exceed my current tariff. Are there any relevant settings to do this?
If you’d like to be notified that you’re about to exceed your current limits, enter your e-mail address into the corresponding box in your billing data settings (Organization, under the Subscription and Payments tab). If you want multiple people to receive this notification, separate individual e-mail addresses with a comma.
Users can search for an item in multiple ways which is why I’d like to use different keywords and personalize my ads. At the same time, I need to monitor my keywords at the ad group level. Is it possible for me to create two different groups for a single item (e.g. product_ID, category_ID)?
Unfortunately, PPC Bee currently doesn’t allow this. We recommend creating another, separate campaign.
Upon campaign synchronization, a couple of my groups/ad texts weren’t copied into the system. What went wrong?
There can be several reasons for this. You may have violated the advertising terms of your ad system, entered an ad text of an incorrect scope, etc. The actual cause can be determined in PPC Bee’s campaign overview which contains error notifications from your advertising system.
